My journey with wellness began as a personal search for balance — between the demands of daily life and the desire to feel strong, calm, and connected. What started as a way to manage stress soon became a calling to help other women feel the same transformation I experienced.
After years of training, teaching, and learning, I created Deep Heal as a safe, supportive space where women could move with intention, breathe deeply, and discover their own strength — both on and off the mat.
