Do I need to have yoga experience to join your classes?
Not at all! Our classes welcome all levels, including complete beginners. I guide each session with clear instructions and variations so you feel comfortable and safe.
Where are the classes held?
Most group classes and private sessions are held in a fully equipped studio in central Singapore. Exact location details are shared after booking. Some sessions may also be available online.
How do I book a class or coaching session?
You can easily book online through our website. Just visit the Book Now page, choose your class or program, and secure your spot in a few clicks.
Do you offer trial classes?
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
